Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, marketing, or business development, ideally in software, digital marketing, or professional services
- Experience working with demand generation, sales campaigns, or digital marketing assets
- Comfortable using CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
Responsibilities
- Drive Sales & Growth – Present solutions and support sales teams in strategizing, pitching, and closing deals
- Educate & Inspire – Help fitness business owners understand the power of website strategy, SEO, and paid media best practices
- Craft Compelling Proposals – Develop Statements of Work (SOWs) that align our services with customer needs and business goals
- Equip Sales Teams – Manage sales materials, build playbooks, and provide competitive insights that drive success
- Fuel Demand & Awareness – Partner with marketing to create content campaigns, case studies, and thought leadership that generate inbound interest
- Own the Stage – Present at webinars and industry events, positioning our services as essential for fitness business growth
- Ensure Brand Consistency – Oversee marketing assets and digital content to maintain high-quality standards before they go to market
- Enable Sales Teams – Work with sales enablement to train teams on messaging, objection handling, and cross-sell strategies
- Stay Market-Savvy – Regularly gather customer and market insights, refining our value proposition based on real-world feedback
