Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in a digital agency setting, supporting performance-driven paid media campaigns
  • Basic understanding of paid advertising channels (Google Ads, Meta, etc.) and familiarity with paid marketing strategies and tactics
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey ideas and collaborate effectively
  • Proficiency in Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides)
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to identifying issues and concerns
  • Ability to support project coordination and collaborate with technical, channel-specific marketers
  • Eagerness to learn and develop within the digital marketing industry

Responsibilities

  • Support performance marketing efforts through project tracking, client meetings, retainer management, and effective note-taking
  • Assist the team in maintaining strong client partnerships by addressing concerns and identifying growth opportunities
  • Develop a foundational understanding of major digital marketing platforms (Google, Facebook, LinkedIn Ads, HubSpot, etc.) to support project management and client communication
  • Work within your team to align strategies with client goals and ensure clear timelines
  • Approach challenges with curiosity and empathy, focusing on creative solutions that drive success
  • Ensure client goals are clear, objectives are defined, and budgets are adhered to
  • Analyze data, generate reports, draft project briefs, stay updated on digital advertising trends, and collaborate with various team members
  • Complete required certifications in digital advertising platforms

Preferred Qualifications

  • Exposure to in-platform tools like Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Meta
  • Willingness to learn and apply generative AI technologies in real-world scenarios
