Join Anastasia Beverly Hills as the Senior Manager of Marketing, UK and International Brand Sites, a crucial role in driving international growth. You will lead UK marketing initiatives and manage a portfolio of international brand websites, balancing digital strategy with omnichannel execution. This position demands a proven track record of individual accountability and cross-functional collaboration, requiring strategic thinking, innovation, and customer-centricity. Responsibilities include planning and executing UK marketing strategies, managing budgets, monitoring partner websites and reviews, building relationships with retail partners, creating marketing calendars, and collaborating with agencies and internal teams. Additionally, you will lead the growth of global brand websites, manage content workflows, and ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints. This is a 12-month temporary contract based in the UK.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years Marketing experience

Responsibilities

  • Plan, strategize, and lead the reignition of brand awareness and acceleration of sales performance within the United Kingdom
  • Be accountable for the regional Marketing budget, managing proper allocation of dollars to overcome competitive challenges and grow rank & share
  • Regularly monitor all partner websites to ensure ABH is receiving planned share of voice, placements, and product focus
  • Monitor in-region Ratings & Reviews, noting competitive opportunities to identify potential points of differentiation
  • Regularly recap business status and project progress to senior leadership
  • Create and cultivate relationships with retail marketing partners (Retailers and Pure Players) to ensure maximum exposure and advocacy for the brand
  • Create and own annual marketing calendars and decks by retailer for seasonal presentations in market that communicate the future vision of ABH
  • Partner with in-market agencies, vendors, and retailers to ensure execution of agreed marketing and commercial programs and COOP commitments
  • Work in close partnership with VP of Marketing and Sales Account Management to create marketing strategies that drive awareness, customer acquisition and conversion for ABH
  • Manage all creative asset requests for marketing & public relations and take lead on creative briefing for all special projects. Honor timelines set by Brand Office for artwork deadlines
  • Direct the resizing and distribution of assets to retailers and ensure their proper placement/execution and UX flow
  • Provide market intelligence and key insights to the VP and our Media teams regarding needs, trends, and pain points for inclusion in COOP and full funnel campaigns
  • Collaborate with field team and visual merchandising team seasonally on the most effective in-store selling tools which will drive consumer curiosity and help the teams educate on brand pillars and KPIs
  • Lead on growing Global brand websites outside of the US, as well as launching new ABH sites in key markets
  • Manage the Marketing and Content workflow between the Brand Office and the website management partner. Streamline briefs to ensure an efficient, on brand, responsive work product is delivered according to deadline
  • Work to create a destination site that is the best expression of the brand in market. Ensure that visual and written voices are consistent with the US parent site on all touch points
  • Be the collaborative connection between our website management partner and the ABH regional marketing team to ensure that all market actions are coordinated. Prevent cannibalization of effort between the teams. Understand the sensitivities of protecting the existing retail businesses and find ways for all parties to win
  • Monitor the website management partner’s full funnel activities, ensuring global alignment on performance marketing objectives
  • Adapt and apply CRM and loyalty elements of the US parent site for regional tastes
  • Deliver topline and bottom line according to fiscal plan. Communicate deviations on a monthly basis
  • In connection with Brand Social team, facilitate the selection and briefing of influencers for each market and align content with global direction
  • Work with the teams to ensure all marketing spends are within budgets. Ongoing analysis of ROI for all spends required. (Samples, GWPs, promos, performance marketing, influencers, etc.)
  • In partnership with Brand Office, lock the COOP 2 budget split that reflects the needs of the market
