Summary

Join ReSource Pro as a Digital Sales & Growth Marketing Specialist and drive company growth using data-driven strategies. You will leverage digital intent signals, campaign engagement, and event data to fuel outbound prospecting and collaborate with SDR teams for targeted outreach. Responsibilities include reviewing engagement metrics, maintaining targeting criteria, collaborating with marketing and SDRs, reviewing prospect lists, qualifying leads, leveraging sales/marketing tools, identifying process improvements, and collaborating with various SDR teams. You will also actively participate in training programs and contribute to a team effort. This remote position requires 3-5 years of B2B experience in sales, marketing, or business development. Requirements

  • 3-5 yrs B2B experience within sales, marketing, or business development required
  • Proven track record of exceeding lead targets

Responsibilities

  • Effectively review and interpret engagement metrics to understand buyer behavior and readiness
  • Maintain and review evolving targeting criteria based on sales and marketing feedback
  • Collaborate with marketing and vertical SDRs to align outreach timing and messaging
  • Review prospect list for accuracy and alignment with target verticals and buyer personas
  • Disqualify and qualify leads – really know what the inbound leads needs are, how to funnel correctly, including to the Sales Executive; determine the area of needs – where the leads will qualify
  • Leverage tools like Salesforce, Qualified, ZoomInfo, and Zapier to operationalize insights
  • Identify and propose improvements in the use of sales/marketing tech stack
  • Collaborate with Carrier, MGA/Wholesale, and Retail SDR teams to share data-driven insights
  • Actively participate in all ReSource Pro’s sales, product and services training and development programs and fully engages any other department-level training programs
  • Contribute to a team effort by working collaboratively within Business Development as well as other departments including Marketing

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1-2 insurance industry experience preferred
  • Familiarity with CRM and GTM technology, data, and marketing tools preferred (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo, Zoominfo, Excel, Linkedin Navigator etc)
