Summary

Join HubSpot as the Director of App Partner Management and lead a team responsible for cultivating a thriving ecosystem of over 1,500+ App Partners. You will spearhead the acquisition of new partners and foster the growth of existing ones, collaborating on product development and go-to-market strategies. This role involves shaping partner strategy, coaching a global team, and developing innovative growth initiatives. You will work closely with various internal teams and report to the VP of Platform Ecosystem. The ideal candidate possesses extensive experience in partner management within a large-scale ecosystem, a structured approach balanced with adaptability, and a passion for partnerships and leveraging AI for enhanced efficiency.

Requirements

  • Significant experience in partner management in a scaled ecosystem — managing 100’s to 1,000’s of ISVs
  • Balance a structured and systematic approach to the ecosystem as a whole with the agility to adapt best fit opportunities for individual partners
  • Adept and excited about breaking new ground and climbing some tough hills
  • Genuinely love partnerships and the possibilities they unlock
  • Savvy about using AI to boost the efficiency and impact of your team

Responsibilities

  • Identify and prioritize opportunities to acquire new partners in our ecosystem
  • Drive successful product and revenue outcomes for partners and HubSpot
  • Manage and coach a team of global partner managers to achieve those goals
  • Creatively develop new strategies for growth across our partner ecosystem
  • Passionately champion partners — inside HubSpot and in the market at large
  • Lead your partners and your team through times of change and disruption

Benefits

  • Cash compensation range: 192300-307700 USD Annually
  • The cash compensation above includes base salary, on-target commission for employees in eligible roles, and annual bonus targets under HubSpot’s bonus plan for eligible roles
  • In addition to cash compensation, some roles are eligible to participate in HubSpot’s equity plan to receive restricted stock units (RSUs)
  • Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay
