Requirements

• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Knowledge and understanding of the Investment Advisers Act of 1940
• Ability to engage in complex problem solving and analytical thinking as required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage relationships with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with a client service-oriented, collaborative environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, & Outlook) and Salesforce

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance, mentorship, and performance management to consulting team members
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their needs and ensure their satisfaction with the consulting services provided
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, contributing to proposal development, and supporting sales efforts
• Develop and implement strategic plans to address client challenges and achieve their objectives
• Ensure the quality and accuracy of project deliverables
• Effectively communicate project findings, recommendations and progress to clients and stakeholders
• Assist with the preparation of conference and education materials and deliver the content when required
