Director, Business Development

You will be responsible for generating revenue through sales of our hospitality software and strategically managing enterprise sales efforts to maximize revenue within the APAC region. This role requires distinctive sales experience within the hospitality industry and selling SaaS solutions. You will manage the full sales cycle, build strong customer relationships, and thrive under pressure. Requirements

• Distinctive sales experience within the hospitality industry
• Experienced in selling SaaS
• Self starter and hands-on mentality
• Skilled at establishing strong professional relationships with customers on different levels
• Ability to thrive under pressure
• Strong contract negotiation and closing skills
• Willingness to travel

Responsibilities

• Strategically manage efforts to exceed goals and quotas, building a key, sustainable pipeline to help drive new business
• Manage the full sales cycle, writing and negotiating proposals for clients
• Create awareness of TrustYou’s products and establish TrustYou as the market leader in your designated sales area
• Attend tradeshows and other relevant industry events in the APAC region
• Update all sales prospecting notes and client outreach activities into company CRM system Salesforce
• Inform existing clients about new features and products of TrustYou's product roadmap
