Summary

Join WelbeHealth as the Director, Compliance Operations and lead the development, coordination, and monitoring of the clinical and PACE elements of our compliance program. You will provide technical assistance to PACE Organization (PO) compliance committees, investigate compliance concerns, and partner with operational leaders. This 100% remote role requires a deep understanding of PACE and clinical compliance regulations and experience implementing and maintaining programs. You will oversee internal reporting, investigations, and education systems, leading a team that assesses and guides central and market-level activities. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, at least three years of healthcare compliance experience, and two years of supervisory experience. Requirements

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree required
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in health care compliance, managed care, and/or PACE experience required
  • Must be comfortable with quarterly travel
  • Knowledge of laws and regulations pertinent to PACE programs and clinical standards
  • Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory experience with demonstrated ability to mentor and develop team members
  • Experience leading in a data-driven organization, leveraging reports and data to prioritize and manage people and projects

Responsibilities

  • Develop work plans and oversee the WelbeHealth PACE and clinical components of the compliance program
  • Oversee internal reporting, investigations, inquiries, and education systems
  • Coordinate PACE compliance committees, including monitoring metrics and sharing results to inform committee members
  • Lead a team that assesses and guides central and market-level activities, including process alignment, operational compliance, and KPI oversight
  • Structure projects and programs to ensure policies and procedures are followed, providing outcomes and recommendations to market and central leadership teams
  • Review internal documents and reports to ensure timeliness, accuracy, comprehensiveness, or compliance with regulatory standards

Preferred Qualifications

Registered Nurse (RN), masterโ€™s degree, or other relevant advanced degree preferred
