Requirements

  • A minimum of 4+ years of experience as a Growth or Product Manager, e-commerce manager, or a similar role, with a proven track record of driving international expansion initiatives in the e-commerce sector
  • Strong expertise in localizing e-commerce platforms for diverse international markets, including knowledge of cultural, operational, and legal adaptations
  • Proficiency in managing cross-functional teams (Tech, Logistics, Marketing, and Legal) to deliver seamless market expansion projects
  • Advanced understanding of e-commerce systems and platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, BigCommerce), with proven experience implementing localized payment methods, multi-currency systems, and dynamic tax compliance solutions
  • Demonstrated ability to optimize conversion funnels, A/B testing, and CRO strategies tailored to international customer behavior and preferences
  • Proven experience in aligning profitability and operational scalability goals, analyzing cost structures, and identifying growth opportunities in diverse regions like the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, and emerging markets
  • Expertise in international logistics and fulfillment systems, including optimizing warehouse networks, delivery timelines, and returns management for country-specific requirements
  • Solid background in data-driven decision-making, using tools to analyze KPIs such as revenue per visitor (RPV), conversion rates (CVR), and average order value (AOV) while identifying growth opportunities
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas to senior stakeholders and align cross-departmental teams on strategic goals
  • Strong experience with API-driven integrations, including payment gateways, shipping providers, and customer data platforms, to deliver seamless user experiences across geographies
  • Expertise in customer experience optimization, ensuring user-centric designs, tailored checkout flows, and scalable personalization strategies for international markets
  • Proven track record in ideating, implementing, and scaling innovations such as upselling, cross-selling, and loyalty-driving strategies to maximize post-purchase value
  • Proficiency in agile methodologies and working in fast-paced, high-growth environments, prioritizing business impact and aligning teams around measurable objectives
  • Keen market researcher, with experience identifying new market entry opportunities and designing go-to-market strategies for untapped regions

Responsibilities

  • Ensure strict adherence to Trafilea’s operational framework, maintaining daily task tracking in Asana for all owned projects
  • Regular Asana updates and clear documentation are critical for process transparency and alignment with broader company goals
  • Develop and enforce an external communication strategy that is approved by key stakeholders, ensuring all communication channels deliver consistent messaging
  • Ensure that all brand books, playbooks, and communication materials are meticulously maintained and fully aligned with updated brand guidelines
  • Lead the creative direction and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring flawless execution across channels and alignment with business goals
  • Oversee the digital marketing efforts, ensuring assets are launched on time and are strategically aligned with promotion schedules and performance objectives
  • Establish systems to track and report on digital marketing performance consistently, providing actionable insights and recommendations to refine strategies
  • Lead comprehensive research initiatives to support brand growth and performance tracking, ensuring data-driven insights guide all decisions
  • Monitor and manage campaign budgets meticulously, ensuring alignment with financial objectives and strategic priorities
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and best practices, ensuring the brands remain innovative and relevant in the marketplace
  • Establish and continuously refine the foundational elements of the brand, including positioning, target personas, and the most impactful communication channels
  • Drive the strategic vision for long-term brand development, identifying key opportunities for growth and positioning in the market
