The ideal candidate has a strong technical background, proven leadership in managing a team of data analysts, and proficiency in programming languages like SQL, Python, R, or SAS.

Requirements

• Strong technical background
• Proven leadership managing a team of data analysts
• Collaborative and professional experience including proven success partnering with teams across an organization driving better decisions by extracting meaningful insights from complex datasets
• Highly proficient with data manipulation
• Proven experience in building and maintaining data pipelines
• 8-10 years in data analytics or business intelligence
• At least 2-3 years in a people management and leadership role
