Requirements

  • Proven BDR management experience within SaaS businesses, with a proven track record of success and exceeding quotas
  • Proven track record in successfully managing and coaching BDR teams for maximum business impact; it would be highly advantageous if you have a proven track record managing BDRs distributed across multiple time zones
  • A structured thinker with a focus on being data-driven, highly analytical and lead through influence
  • Have a reputation with cross-functional teams as being collaborative, innovative, accountable, and reliable
  • Proven track record driving QoQ and YoY growth
  • Experience with lead generation tools such as Salesforce CRM, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs), providing guidance, coaching, and support to help them exceed individual and team targets; leverage a variety of motivational strategies, including gamification, to help with engagement and performance
  • Drive performance by consistently overachieving on monthly and quarterly opportunity conversion targets in following up on inbound marketing-qualified leads from a variety of campaigns, programs, and events while building new and innovative outbound strategies to support consistent pipeline growth
  • Coach, develop, and mentor BDRs and retain world-class BDR talent - including lead gen activities, cold calling, email outreach, sequencing, product knowledge, and overall career development
  • Prepare and present regular reports on team performance, meeting and opportunity conversion statistics, pipeline status, and other key metrics
  • Nurture deep partnerships with marketing, sales, sales operations, and enablement teams to successfully optimize your portion of the overall go-to-market engine
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align on lead generation campaigns and ensure consistent messaging across the team
  • Conduct weekly team meetings to discuss strategies, progress and areas for improvement

Preferred Qualifications

Experience building pipeline or selling cybersecurity solutions in the large enterprise would be advantageous
