Summary

Join Included Health as our Director/Head of Growth Marketing and lead the next chapter of growth, overseeing the entire growth marketing program. You will develop vision and strategy, execute performance-based growth marketing plans, and manage a multi-million dollar paid media budget. Reporting to the Senior Director of Care Delivery & Strategy, you will build a high-performing team focused on delivering world-class visit growth. This role requires extensive experience in paid digital media and growth marketing, along with a deep understanding of the consumer conversion funnel. Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience leading paid digital media and/or growth/performance marketing
  • Deep understanding and proven experience managing acquisition campaigns, strategies, and benchmarks
  • Deep expertise with the consumer conversion funnel – from awareness, consideration, demand gen to conversion
  • Experience with direct response metrics and ability to measure program/campaign ROI across Meta, Google Ads, and other platforms specific to customer acquisition
  • Experience optimizing significant marketing investment
  • A bias toward change and comfortable operating in the grey
  • Collaborative and able to build partnerships with data, creative, brand and site merch teams
  • Digital marketing expert, specific to latest consumer and media trends
  • Engage with external partners and stay on the pulse of new trends and platforms to inform future engagement strategies

Responsibilities

  • Drive growth and paid media strategies to meet revenue and consumer targets, with a focus on sustainable, efficient growth. Oversee channel roadmap, optimization and expansion
  • Lead holistic, data-driven marketing approaches to enhance brand awareness, visit and engagement targets
  • Lead the media strategy and full funnel activations across Paid Social, ASO, Influencer Marketing, Partnerships, Affiliate, etc
  • Identify and proactively craft new processes and approaches to leverage paid media to drive revenue growth
  • Implement and monitor measurement metrics and attribution modeling in partnership with the product/data insights team
  • Use insights to improve campaigns, channels and tactics for maximum performance
  • Lead, hire, and develop an outstanding, high-performing team of digital media marketers providing a vision and guidance on messaging, contact strategies, segmentation and campaign measurements
