Join TRM Labs as the Director of HRBP and serve as a strategic HR partner to the GTM organization, guiding its culture, performance, and growth. Partner with People leadership and GTM stakeholders to develop effective HR strategies aligned with business goals. Collaborate with managers to retain top talent and enhance their technical teams. Shape a high-impact organizational structure that fosters business growth and clear career paths. Drive people programs and data-driven strategies to strengthen company culture, including performance management, talent development, employee engagement, and internal communications. Act as a trusted advisor for employee matters, providing guidance to maintain healthy team dynamics and morale. Build and execute engagement strategies reflecting the mission-oriented nature of the GTM organization. This role requires a strategic mindset, autonomous work style, and experience in high-bar organizations supporting technical teams through scaling.
Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
- 10+ years of experience in HR, with a strong focus on partnering with GTM teams in high-growth environments
- Experience supporting organizations with a high bar for talent and performance
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously while navigating fast-paced, sometimes reactive environments with composure and clarity
- Deep understanding of performance management, employee development, and team dynamics within product or technical functions
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a data-informed approach to HR decision-making
- Review engagement survey results with managers within 10 days and develop actionable next steps within the following quarter
- Partner with managers to implement PIPs within 3 days of identifying a need for structured support
- Conduct strategic check-ins with managers by the end of each quarter , tracking progress on talent initiatives and team priorities

- Collaborate with key stakeholders to drive people programs and data driven strategies that strengthen our culture β encompassing performance management, talent development and feedback, employee engagement and internal communications
- Act as a trusted advisor for sensitive employee matters, offering balanced, business-savvy guidance to support healthy team dynamics and morale
- Build and execute engagement strategies that reflect the mission-oriented and unique nature of the GTM org
