Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Health Economics, Life Science or related field
- Targeting 10 years of progressively responsible experience within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry including Commercial experience
- Must be fluent in English
Responsibilities
- Contributes to the development, review and implementation of the long and short-term business strategies to optimize assigned partner markets for future and current products
- Develop and maintain a strong working relationship with the partners, ensuring alignment with program objectives, timelines, and quality standards aligned to global brand strategy
- Collaborate with local, regional and global cross-functional teams to address program requirements and challenges
- Ensures detailed pre-launch and post-launch tracking of agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPI) to allow early course correction and ensure execution of key tactics
- Ensures high quality revenue, patient and volume forecasting, including supply readiness and brand investments
- Oversee partners to ensure Acadia materials & strategy are transferred to partner at appropriate time points and implementation is to Acadia standards and compliance requirements
- Conduct business review with partners and ensure implementation of corrective plans as needed to maintain superior performance
- Collaborates learnings and best practices with leadership, headquarters and with partner
- Monitor and maintain in-depth understanding of legal, regulatory and reimbursement dynamics within territories
