This role requires extensive experience in biopharma, oncology, and commercial operations, along with strong leadership and communication skills. You will collaborate closely with various departments, including Marketing, Sales, and Medical Affairs, to ensure successful product launches and market penetration. The position offers the opportunity to contribute significantly to a rapidly growing company dedicated to improving patient outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree
- 10+ years biopharma experience including oncology launch experience
- 5+ years commercial oncology experience in the US market including data, analytics, and commercial operations
- Demonstrated organizational skills to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively and communicate at all levels within the company
- Demonstrated experience in recruiting, on-boarding, managing, coaching, and retaining top talent; ability to lead and mentor multiple direct reports
- Strong knowledge of analytics and operations tools/technologies
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (including presentation skills)
- Up to 20% domestic travel
Responsibilities
- Deliver on commercial services related to market research, forecasting, data strategy, and advanced analytics
- Develop data strategy to support brand strategy and launch readiness. This includes reviewing and identifying an onboarding data sources and external partners to support strategic goals
- Hire, develop, and retain the top talent within the Insights & Analytics function
- Lead partnership with the brand team and cross-functional partners to understand and address key business questions
- Prioritize and generate insights and analytics considering business need, resourcing, and expected impact
- Lead market research strategy and investment to complement other sources of data
- Lead forecast strategy including management of forecast models, assumptions, and cross-functional stakeholders
- Collaborate with marketing and sales on targeting, segmentation, patient finding, and territory
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations and regulatory guidelines governing commercial and scientific interactions
Preferred Qualifications
MBA or equivalent degree
