Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years' experience in digital marketing, partnership marketing, and/or brand marketing within a brand or agency setting
- Deep understanding of the global beauty scene, especially in makeup, with a demonstrated history of propelling category growth
- Skill in converting founders' vision into insights and actionable plans; foresight to predict challenges and agility to adapt swiftly
- Profound insights into retail marketing, social media, influencer, and wider media landscapes
- Demonstrable experience with retail and in-store marketing techniques
- Record of effective collaboration with international teams
- Expertise in analyzing complex issues and formulating relevant, actionable plans, programs, and recommendations
- Excellent verbal and written skills with ability to craft compelling messages across customer touchpoints
- Proven ability to lead, foster cross-functional team dynamics, and build robust relationships with key stakeholders
- Aptitude for integrating data-informed insights into strategic planning and maximizing ROI through data analysis
- Proficiency in thriving in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments, and ambiguous situations
- Strong problem-solving skills complemented by exceptional research abilities
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office tools, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous
Responsibilities
- Drive newness and core support with international partners and global teams to boost sales and brand awareness
- Develop and maintain an international marketing calendar for all activations
- Recommend and set international pricing structures for new product innovations based on positioning and competitive landscape
- Lead international team in creating comprehensive, market-specific annual marketing strategies, considering cultural differences, consumer behaviors, trends, and competitive landscapes
- Lead briefing and planning processes for retailer events, campaigns, and secondary in-store touchpoints
- Partner with Global Brand Marketing team to optimize all global marketing materials for international accounts and address localized needs
- Oversee brand image development in international markets, ensuring consistency while accommodating cultural nuances; recommend and set international pricing for new products
- Lead briefing and planning for retailer events and campaigns; partner with Global Brand Marketing to optimize materials for international accounts
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities and challenges; analyze trends, competitor strategies, and regulatory environments to inform decision-making
- Collaborate across departments to execute new launches and evergreen campaigns; complete product & brand registrations for retailers
- Source, review, and execute international review programs; lead organization of in-person and virtual events with retail partners
- Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and regulatory environments to inform decision-making
- Partner with Global Marketing team to communicate and execute strategies with regional markets, supporting all brand and product launches
- Serve as lead Brand Marketing point of contact for all regional marketing teams, proactively sharing strategies, project plans, toolkits, and assets
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of luxury consumer behavior and market dynamics, translating insights into actionable Marketing plans
- Lead collaboration with regional marketing teams to guide local plan development including brand activations, creative briefs, talent/influencer selection, and asset requirements
- Manage overall project plans, working closely with Global Marketing team to ensure regional deadlines are met and work aligns with global strategy
- Work closely with Global Marketing and Creative departments on international Visual and Copy Request submissions, gaining approvals and trafficking assets to regional teams
- Liaise with other departments to facilitate international marketing related projects
- Lead weekly status calls with regional marketing teams, managing meeting preparation, agendas, action notes, and keeping plans on track
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the marketing team
- Create budgets and allocate resources to ensure that marketing initiatives are effectively executed
- Management of the marketing teams in Europe, Southeast Asia, Oceania the UK, and China
