Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 7+ years of marketing experience, focusing on healthcare, life sciences, and digital marketing
  • Proven track record of successful go-to-market (GTM) strategies, event coordination, and multi-channel marketing
  • Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, and other CRM tools to manage campaigns and leads
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, particularly in content development and messaging consistency
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities

Responsibilities

  • Create content for sales presentations, collateral and thought leadership events including webinars on our life sciences capabilities and differentiators
  • Identify and track market trends and competitors
  • Create ongoing market updates for sales and for Glooko leadership on customer and partner trends
  • Manage event-generated leads by importing them into Salesforce and accurately tagging them with the appropriate campaign source
  • Track event performance, including leads and opportunities created, ensuring precise attribution to specific events
  • Provide stakeholders with regular updates and performance reports on lead generation, and marketing initiatives
  • Analyze the impact of marketing efforts and events, offering insights and recommendations for future improvements
  • Develop and execute social media strategies to promote events, webinars, and marketing campaigns, ensuring strong engagement across platforms
  • Monitor social media interactions and respond promptly to maximize engagement
  • Drive field marketing initiatives to increase brand visibility and engagement within targeted markets
  • Design and execute account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns to engage key accounts through personalized communications
  • Collaborate with sales, product development, and customer support teams to ensure an integrated marketing approach
  • Serve as the primary contact for tradeshow organizers, managing all communications related to registration, speaking opportunities, and logistical requirements
  • Ensure deadline compliance, handle event registrations, and coordinate schedules for internal and external attendees
  • Liaise with booth logistics vendors to manage setup and teardown, ensuring smooth on-site operations
  • Oversee shipment and receipt of marketing materials and collateral for events
  • Identify and secure speaking opportunities at trade shows, webinars, and digital events
  • Coordinate with internal subject matter experts to prepare presentations and materials
  • Brief and prepare speakers for all sessions, ensuring alignment with event goals and audience expectations
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute pre-event campaigns across digital, email, and social media channels to drive interest and booth traffic
  • Plan and implement post-event follow-up campaigns to nurture leads and convert them into sales opportunities
