Requirements
- Minimum 12 years hands-on experience in information technology with a minimum of 4 years in a role with direct reports managing a budget of around $2M annually
- Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology
- Strong technical knowledge of IT infrastructure, networks, systems, and security protocols
- Proven leadership and team management abilities

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive IT strategy aligned with the organization's overall business objectives, identifying emerging technologies to drive innovation while minimizing cost
- Manage and mentor the IT team, assigning responsibilities, evaluating performance, ensuring accountability and fostering collaboration. Focus on continuous improvement through training and growth opportunities within the team based on merit
- Oversee the planning, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure including networks, systems, applications, and hardware. Ensure adherence to relevant IT compliance standards and legal requirements
- Lead the execution of IT projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope
- Develop and manage the IT department budget, allocating resources efficiently
- Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with external IT vendors
- Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders and senior management
- Analyze IT operations to identify areas for improvement, track key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Build and maintain relationships with leaders across the organization to facilitate the highest level of performance and delivery
