Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, in Economics, Business, or a similar quantitative business degree with strong academic achievement is a must
  • 8+ years minimum in highly analytical roles, with a first foundational experience in Management Consulting/ Investment Banking/Private Equity required, followed by a high-impact BizOps/Strategy/ Special Projects role at a tech company or startup
  • Outstanding problem solving and analytical skills with strong attention to detail is a must
  • Demonstrated ability to structure complex problems, turn qualitative and quantitative data into actionable insights, develop solutions, and lead successful implementation
  • Excellent presentation skills, with a track record in designing compelling presentations for senior leadership that help drive cross-functional alignment
  • Strong  change management and project management  skills, with a track record of getting strategic cross-functional projects over the finish line in tight timelines
  • Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership; capable of seeking information, solving complex problems, corralling resources, and delivering results in challenging situations
  • Expert knowledge of Excel/Google Sheet and PowerPoint/Google Slides

Responsibilities

  • Own Marketplace KPIs and set quarterly goals, in alignment with stakeholders
  • Underwrite a bottom-up Marketplace revenue plan and track performance against plan by analyzing deviations, identifying key areas for ARR gaps / risks / upside, & helping course correct
  • Drive the operationalization of Marketplace goals and provide insights to maximize marketplace sales, such as: making GTM recommendations to improve the attach rate by product/segment/vertical, creating a feedback loop  w/ Marketplace team & Product, supporting & guiding Marketplace leadgen activities across channels including BDR planning (headcount, priorities, calendars), supporting the Account Planning process by assessing the Marketplace TAM by account, etc
  • Drive “deep dives” into Marketplace apps, including qualitative research, closed-lost analyses, etc. to uncover gaps and opportunities
  • Minimize asset churn risk and maximize Marketplace product adoption through defining healthy usage by Marketplace App and monitoring, building dashboards, processes and automation for catching early issues
  • Support Product by quantifying the expected ROI on potential new Marketplace apps/ new apps features
