Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in product management, with a strong focus on growth, experimentation, and data-driven decision-making
  • Proven track record of delivering measurable results through product-led growth initiatives
  • Experience working in SaaS, e-commerce, or digital products with a focus on user-centric growth
  • Expertise in growth frameworks, funnel optimization, and experimentation methodologies
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Amplitude, Mixpanel, or similar platforms
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams
  • Strategic thinker who thrives on solving complex problems
  • Customer-focused, with a passion for creating exceptional user experiences
  • Results-oriented and comfortable operating in fast-paced, dynamic environments

Responsibilities

  • Define and lead the product growth strategy, ensuring alignment with the Smartcat’s overall goals and objectives
  • Own and prioritize the growth roadmap, focusing on customer acquisition, activation, retention, and expansion
  • Collaborate with core product teams to ensure growth-focused features and experiments are integrated into the broader product experience
  • Build and manage a robust experimentation framework, using A/B testing, cohort analysis, and other methodologies to optimize the customer journey
  • Partner cross-functional to build dashboards and reporting frameworks, ensuring visibility into growth KPIs
  • Use customer insights and behavioral data to identify friction points and opportunities for improvement
  • Act as the product lead in aligning with Marketing on demand generation and channel conversion strategies
  • Partner with Sales and Customer Success to enhance user adoption, retention, and expansion initiatives
  • Work closely with Engineering and Design teams to deliver growth-focused product solutions
  • Advocate for the customer by ensuring growth initiatives align with delivering exceptional user experiences
  • Incorporate customer feedback and market trends into the development of growth strategies
  • Continuously refine the product vision based on real-world usage and insights
  • Lead and mentor a team of Growth Product Managers, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and collaboration
  • Set clear goals and priorities for the Growth team to align their efforts with company-wide objectives
  • Champion best practices in product management and growth experimentation
