Requirements

  • Industry Expertise: 5+ years of experience in fleet managed maintenance programs and automotive retail (parts & service providers, specifically)
  • Education: Bachelorโ€™s degree preferred or equivalent education, formal training, and related work experience
  • Partnership Skills: Proven success in sourcing and negotiating highly collaborative partnerships
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Ability to work across diverse teams in a matrixed environment
  • Adaptability: Comfort in dealing with the ambiguity and pace of working in a fast-paced startup-within-a-scaleup environment
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Analytical Skills: Solid analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
  • Proactive Mindset: Proactive, hands-on mindset with solid time management skills and ability to manage products and meet deadlines
  • Relationship building: Ability to establish and maintain a constructive, positive, and collaborative relationship with partners, coworkers, and vendors
  • Technical proficiency: Highly proficient in computer skills, including Google Suite, Slack, CRM, and software/channel sales tools

Responsibilities

  • Manage and expand relationships with Fleetioโ€™s network of Marketplace partners
  • Establish Ideal Marketplace Partner Profile and prioritization framework to ensure focus on the highest opportunities
  • Develop a scalable, productized Marketplace Partner success playbook โ€“ including training, onboarding, and enablement
  • Identify and champion product gaps, partner needs, partner support enhancements, and other insights to improve the Partner experience
  • Lead quarterly business planning and performance tracking for priority Partners
  • Drive win / win / win expansion opportunities that benefit Fleetio, Partners, and Fleets by leveraging a deep understanding of Partnersโ€™ business / operating models and Fleetioโ€™s capabilities
  • Source new Partners to expand Fleetioโ€™s Marketplace coverage
  • Oversee seamless onboarding experience for new Marketplace Partners
  • Work in close collaboration with the GM of Marketplace; the Director of Channel Partnerships; and the Director of Referral Partnerships
  • Identify, test, and scale new Partner Revenue streams within the Marketplace

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in managing B2B Marketplace partnerships
  • Deep understanding of fintech and/or SaaS
