Requirements

• Proven track record of managing global mobility operations to achieve significant efficiency gains and business growth
• Proven experience and understanding of US immigration processes, policies and relevant filing types
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for strategic decision-making
• Design immigration and workforce management processes to enable Deel to scale effectively
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience in scaling and mentoring diverse teams located in varying timezones

• Design and implement operational frameworks to streamline mobility processes globally
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, legal, marketing and customer experience teams to align operations with business goals
• Drive process improvement initiatives focused on cost efficiency, speed, and service quality
• Develop KPIs to monitor performance, identify gaps, and implement data-driven improvements
• Oversee compliance with international mobility regulations, ensuring risk mitigation
• Lead, mentor, and scale high-performing operational teams across multiple regions ensuring teams have the required resources and enablement for success
