Requirements

  • 6–8+ years of experience in digital media sales or agency partnerships, with a focus on branded content, sponsorships, or high-impact media
  • Strong existing relationships within media agencies β€” both independent and holding co
  • Track record of consistently exceeding revenue targets across multiple verticals and account tiers
  • Skilled at multi-threading complex deals and managing long sales cycles
  • Commercially strategic, operationally rigorous, and deeply client-focused

Responsibilities

  • Lead TLDR’s Agency Revenue Strategy: Own the roadmap for agency growth and define how TLDR becomes a strategic partner to media agencies nationwide
  • Manage a Book of Business: Build and grow relationships across top holding companies and independent agencies, from Group Directors to C-level stakeholders
  • Unlock and Scale Deals: Drive new business and renewals through consultative selling, compelling storytelling, and strategic account planning
  • Build Long-Term Partnerships: Deliver education, performance, and innovation that earns us a seat at the planning table β€” again and again
  • Collaborate Across GTM Teams: Partner with marketing, operations, and editorial to refine agency messaging, shape custom opportunities, and deliver premium experiences
  • Report and Forecast Accurately: Maintain rigorous pipeline tracking, revenue forecasting, and performance analysis to guide decision-making
  • Contribute to Leadership: Help mentor junior team members, inform hiring plans, and evolve the agency function as we scale
