Lead the brand and communications strategy, driving awareness, engagement, and loyalty. Oversee all brand campaigns, public relations, and communications, ensuring cohesive messaging. This role requires a strategic thinker with proven brand-building experience and exceptional leadership skills to guide a team. You will be responsible for developing and executing successful brand and communication strategies, managing campaign timelines and budgets, and analyzing campaign performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing and communications, proven leadership experience, and excellent communication skills.
Requirements
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- Have 7+ years of experience in brand marketing and communications, with at least 3 years in a people management role
- Possess a proven track record of developing and executing successful brand and communication strategies, with proven work examples
- Demonstrate exceptional written, verbal, and visual communication skills, with experience in managing media relations and creative/PR agencies
- Demonstrate the ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership
- Show proficiency with marketing analytics, brand tracking tools, and digital platforms
Responsibilities
- Be responsible for the strategy, concepting, planning, execution, and measurement of integrated brand campaigns
- Manage campaign timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope
- Analyze campaign performance, leveraging insights to inform future initiatives and optimize ROI
- Partner with product with marketing team members to design and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies for product and product feature launches
- Lead the creation of launch campaigns that integrate branding, messaging, and positioning to effectively communicate the value of new products and features
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless execution of launch initiatives, aligning timelines, deliverables, and resources
- Measure and report on the success of launch campaigns, applying insights to refine future GTM strategies
- Create and execute a comprehensive PR strategy that drives media coverage, manages brand reputation, and builds credibility across key audiences
- Serve as the company point of contact as needed, crafting executive communications and preparing leadership for media engagements
- Analyze the effectiveness of brand and communications efforts, using metrics to refine strategies and demonstrate impact on key business objectives
- Stay informed of industry changes, best practices, and emerging trends to keep the brand’s marketing strategies innovative and relevant
