Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or partnership management, preferably in healthcare, pharmacy, or insurance industries
- Proven success in selling healthcare or telehealth solutions directly to employers and forming partnerships with providers, med spas, insurance brokers, and complementary service providers
- Strong understanding of self-insured plans, healthcare reimbursement models, telehealth solutions, and pharmacy services
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute partnership and sales strategies that drive business growth
- Ability to navigate complex deal structures and align multiple stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy targeting employers, insurance brokers, self-insured employers, healthcare providers, med spas, and strategic partners
- Drive direct sales of Henry Meds’ telehealth platform to employers, emphasizing its value in improving employee health outcomes and reducing healthcare costs
- Identify opportunities to integrate Hephaestus Pharmacy’s offerings into employer healthcare benefits and other healthcare ecosystems
- Build and maintain strong relationships with employers, HR leaders, and benefits managers to position Henry Meds as the telehealth solution of choice
- Customize sales presentations and proposals to align with the unique needs and goals of employer clients
- Establish and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, med spas, and other organizations to promote Hephaestus Pharmacy’s offerings
- Negotiate agreements that enable seamless collaboration between Hephaestus Pharmacy and its partners, enhancing patient outcomes and operational efficiencies
- Build relationships with companies offering complementary services, such as wellness platforms, technology providers, and healthcare solutions, to create mutually beneficial collaborations
- Negotiate partnership agreements to enhance the reach and impact of Henry Meds and Hephaestus Pharmacy
- Broker deals with insurance brokers and third-party administrators (TPAs) to integrate telehealth and pharmacy solutions into self-insured plans
- Serve as the primary liaison for vendors and partners, ensuring alignment and successful implementation of solutions
- Partner with internal teams, including product development, marketing, and operations, to ensure the successful integration of partnerships and services
- Collaborate with external stakeholders to address challenges and deliver tailored solutions
- Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes to identify new opportunities for growth
- Leverage insights to refine sales strategies and expand Henry Meds’ and Hephaestus Pharmacy’s market presence
- Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing sales and partnerships team
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability

- Experience working with regulatory requirements in the healthcare and insurance sectors
- Knowledge of complementary healthcare services and platforms (e.g., wellness programs, technology integrations)
- Familiarity with employer benefits design and decision-making processes
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate performance metrics and partnership outcomes
