The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in business development, preferably within healthcare, medtech, or SaaS, and a proven track record of success in cold outreach and securing executive-level meetings. A strong plus is experience selling to health systems or provider networks. Compensation includes a base salary of $90,000-$140,000 (based on experience) plus commission and bonus, along with full benefits.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in business development, preferably in healthcare, medtech, or SaaS
  • Proven success with cold outreach and securing executive-level meetings
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage a long sales cycle and coordinate across teams
  • Must be comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, remote environment
  • Willingness to travel 10–20% for key meetings or conferences

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute outbound strategies to connect with executives at hospitals, health systems, and provider groups
  • Lead cold-calling and outbound campaigns to generate qualified leads
  • Deliver compelling pitches to healthcare leaders that demonstrate ROI and patient outcomes
  • Own the full sales cycleβ€”from outreach and discovery to proposal and contract close
  • Manage a growing pipeline and document outreach activity, follow-ups, and progression
  • Collaborate with internal marketing and clinical teams to ensure alignment on positioning
  • Consistently meet and exceed targets for meetings booked and deals closed
  • Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities
  • Track market shifts in RPM, value-based care, and reimbursement to inform strategy

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with RPM, CCM, EMRs, or chronic care solutions
  • Experience selling to health systems or provider networks
