Join LeadsMarket as we seek a Director of Business Operations to drive our company forward by developing a high-performing Business Operations function that supports the company’s overall goals.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in operations and strategy at a tech firm, management consulting firm, or investment bank
• Proven leadership in fast-paced, hyper-growth environments, especially in SaaS or digital marketplaces
• Experience working with high-performance leadership teams, possessing a collaborative mindset and strong execution skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage strategic projects from conception to completion
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with experience in financial modeling and forecasting
• Expertise with SQL, Excel, Google Docs, Hubspot CRM, and other technology solutions for driving operational execution
• Excellent English, verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing work environment

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the company’s planning and OKR (Objectives and Key Results) processes in collaboration with other departments such as Product, Marketing, and Finance
• Improve internal communication processes, ensuring alignment and transparency across all levels of the organization
• Work with Analytics and Finance to develop and track key metrics, ensuring the company’s goals are met
• Evaluate and implement tools and systems to improve operational efficiency and support growth
• Work closely with teams across the organization to streamline processes and ensure the company runs effectively and efficiently
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders in Sales, Account Management, Business Units, Product, and Marketing
• Be comfortable working in a dynamic, remote environment with frequent changes
• Participate in quarterly in-person meetings at different locations while working from home day-to-day, using company-provided tools for communication
