Requirements

• At least 6 years of experience in business operations or similar roles
• At least 2 years managing teams of 1 or more
• Strong technical and analytical aptitude

Responsibilities

• Run, Coordinate, and Evolve our OKR Process
• Organize and Evolve our Slack Communications
• Organize and Evolve our Notion Instance
• Manage and Facilitate our RAPID and Issue Log Processes
• Act as a ‘Model Employee’ Across Your Areas of Responsibility
• Build & Maintain Key Company Analytics Dashboards
• Draft Periodic Internal Company Updates
• Leverage Low-Code and No-Code Tools to Help Build and Manage Workflows and Automations
• Level 2 Analytical Support
• Run, Coordinate, and Evolve our ‘People’ Functions

Preferred Qualifications

• Python / deep excel experience
• Some technical background and/or experience coding
• Experience managing a global team
• Experience setting up and/or managing 24/7/365 operations
• VC-backed startup experience
• Experience in blockchain and/or DeFi
