Director, Business Operations

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in payments operations, preferably in a subscription-based business or the payments industry. Experience with multiple product and revenue streams, strongly preferred
• 5+ years in a managerial or director-level role
• Extensive experience in the Order to Cash cycle, including order management, billing, and collections
• Strong knowledge of payment systems, processing technologies, and industry standards
• Experience with financial software and ERP systems
• Strong understanding of payment compliance and security requirements
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive payment strategy to optimize payment success rates and minimize payment-related issues
• Oversee payment processing, fraud prevention, chargeback management, and payment reconciliation to ensure efficient and accurate payment transactions
• Partner with the Accounts teams to optimize the order to cash process
• Build out and continually optimize the AR / Collections Process, reducing DSO
• Help inform product changes to improve the customer experience around billings, orders, and payments
• Compile and analyze billing and order data to monitor performance and provide reports to management
• Facilitate timely and accurate billings for all customers
• Build out, maintain, and publish Kaseya Billing & Operations Policies and Procedures
• Partner with Accounting as needed for reporting and reconciliation
• Establish and monitor KPIs to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of payment processes
• Lead initiatives to integrate advanced payment technologies and solutions, enhancing Kaseya's capabilities in handling complex transactions
