Summary
The Director of Demand Generation at Qualia will lead a high-performing team to grow multiple products targeting SMB through Enterprise accounts. Responsibilities include defining and managing demand generation strategy, driving brand awareness, customer acquisition, engagement, and pipeline generation, and building integrated plans with other marketing and GTM functions. The ideal candidate has 10+ years of demand generation and/or marketing experience in B2B SaaS, 4+ years of team leadership experience, strong analytical skills, communication skills, presentation skills, problem-solving skills, budget management skills, and experience in the real estate, mortgage, or fintech industry is a plus. Requirements
- 10+ years of demand generation and/or marketing experience in B2B SaaS
- 4+ years experience building or leading a team of high-performing individual contributors
Responsibilities
- Lead a high-performing demand generation team to grow multiple products targeting SMB through Enterprise accounts
- Define and manage Qualia’s demand generation strategy, plan, execution, and metrics
- Drive brand awareness, customer acquisition and engagement, and pipeline generation
- Own metrics and reporting for digital and offline programs
- Build integrated plans by partnering with other marketing and GTM functions
- Define and execute programs and tactics to support ABM initiatives
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience identifying and managing the right portfolio of agencies
- Experience in the real estate, mortgage, or fintech industry is a plus (but not required)
