Summary
Join Neo4j as a leader in driving the digital vision for our global GTM strategy. You will own the strategy and execution for core digital channels, including paid search & social, website, email, and more. This critical role involves managing and expanding a team covering UX/Web design, Web Architecture, Web Development, Web Analytics, Paid Media, and Email Marketing. You will partner with cross-functional teams to create audience-first full-funnel engagements, focusing on driving traffic, improving website experience, and optimizing conversion rates. Leveraging data analytics and personalization, you will increase demand and strengthen brand positioning. This role requires a minimum of 10 years of experience in developing full-funnel digital experiences in the B2B, large enterprise software industry, or SaaS.
Requirements
- Experienced professional with minimum 10 years' experience with developing state-of-the-art full-funnel digital+website experiences in B2B, large enterprise software industry and/or SaaS
- Thinker+doer, comfortable with multi-year roadmap and strategy development AND hands-on day-to-day execution
- Inspiring leader, comfortable managing a team of high-performing professionals who thrive in high autonomy environments
- Data-driven story teller who articulates findings to executives and comfortable building effective business reviews that and storytelling with data
- Detail-oriented operator with a passion for delivering the highest quality and error-free websites

Responsibilities
- Articulate overarching digital journeys that delight, educate, and inspire action with target personas or persona groupings, building digital experiences to facilitate that experience
- Proactively balance larger strategic goals and builds with the day-to-day requests across the business
- Design, execute, analyze, and optimize: Organic Search: partner closely with the global content and developer relations teams to ensure digital properties are focused on targets and goals. Optimize technical web properties to reduce diversions, breakages, and other deterrents
- Paid Media including content syndication, paid social, and other digital marketing campaigns to attain website traffic, demand generation, and brand awareness goals
- Audience-centric website experience and conversion strategies to attain demand generation and product-led growth goals
- Post-conversion marketing (email, paid channels) to drive demand generation and customer retention/growth goals
- Ongoing web optimization and testing, in partnership with the Product Led Growth team, to improve company conversion goals on web properties
- Manage and grow a team of rockstar professionals that cover: UX Web Operations Web development Paid media Email marketing Analytics
- Identify and partner with best-in-class agencies to evolve the web experience
- Jointly own integrated marketing campaigns with product marketing, brand, content marketing, and regional marketing to drive brand to demand generation goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement web initiatives that support run of business (events, PR, campaigns, portfolio marketing, creative, HR, etc.) with an eye towards performance and conversion
- Manage requirements and technical resources, to deliver timely solutions per SLAs
- Institute and ensure governance, quality assurance, and consistency of customer experience
