  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events

Responsibilities

  • Identify, target, and engage with healthcare providers and relevant stakeholders to understand their specific needs and challenges
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition of Papa’s services to prospective clients
  • Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within client organizations
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve revenue targets
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive offerings, and regulatory changes
  • Collaborate closely with product development, customer success, and marketing teams
