Requirements
- Strong leadership experience managing cross-functional sales support teams
- Proven track record of driving process improvements, revenue growth, and operational efficiencies in a sales environment
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; advanced Excel and BI tool proficiency
- Deep experience with CRMs (ConnectWise, HubSpot) and sales tech stack (forecasting, quoting, automation tools)
- Highly organized with ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels
- Bachelorβs degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field preferred
- 10+ years of progressive experience in sales operations or sales management, with 5+ years in a leadership capacity
- Proven success in high-growth, B2B technology or professional services organizations
- Regular use of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, and other office equipment
- Regular, repetitive movements such as typing, mouse movements, and scrolling. Ability to hear and understand spoken communications, both in person and via remote communication tools (e.g., phone, video conferencing)
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
- Ability to see and read computer screens and printed documents, as well as adjust focus. This includes prolonged periods of looking at a computer screen
- Ability to travel to meet with clients or attend industry events
Responsibilities
- Define and lead the vision for scalable and effective sales operations that support growth goals
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience, and IT to enhance go-to-market (GTM) performance
- Develop and manage performance KPIs, dashboards, and reporting frameworks for sales leadership
- Drive rhythm-of-business including pipeline reviews, forecasting cadence, and executive reporting
- Design, implement, and refine sales processes to improve accuracy, forecasting, efficiency, and scalability
- Ensure seamless integration and optimization of CRM (e.g., HubSpot or ConnectWise) and sales technology. Tech stack responsibility
- Champion continuous improvement practices across sales workflows and operational execution
- Build, lead, and develop a team across quoting, renewals, and sales support functions
- Evaluate and optimize existing sales support infrastructure across multiple U.S. locations
- Support Outside Sales and House accounts with tactical resources and account-level coordination
- Guide pre-sales quoting processes and Managed Services client support including account reviews and roadmap tracking
- Lead the development and execution of sales tools, playbooks, and enablement strategies
- Coordinate resources and execution for agreement renewals and managed service retention
- Analyze sales data and market trends to generate insights and recommendations
- Monitor performance across quoting, pre-sales, renewals, and inside sales
- Deliver actionable business intelligence to sales leadership to support decision-making
