Requirements

  • Extensive experience in sales or revenue operations, with a focus on data strategy and process optimization
  • Proven track record in designing and implementing automated reporting solutions
  • Expertise in Salesforce, Power Query, and other sales technologies
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales operations strategies that align with organizational goals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Client Services, to ensure seamless alignment and execution
  • Lead efforts in pipeline optimization, strategic forecasting, and ARR (Annual Recurring Revenue) reporting
  • Ensure data integrity and governance across CRM systems and reporting tools
  • Streamline sales processes to enhance efficiency and scalability
  • Oversee the implementation and optimization of sales technologies, including Salesforce and other tools
  • Mentor and develop a high-performing sales operations team
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration
  • Analyze sales performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities
  • Provide actionable insights to drive decision-making and improve sales outcomes
  • Evaluate and enhance the sales tech stack to support scalability and efficiency
  • Leverage tools like Gong and Power BI to provide real-time insights and drive productivity
  • Quickly build and deploy sales dashboards for real-time performance tracking
  • Partner with leadership to address immediate operational challenges and opportunities
