Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
  • 10+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales leadership, or a related role, with a proven track record of driving sales performance through strategic enablement initiatives
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a high-performing team
  • Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate high-level business goals into actionable enablement strategies
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • A deep understanding of the SaaS bowtie model and the ability to optimize processes to drive performance

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive GTM enablement strategy that aligns with the company’s overall business objectives and drives revenue growth
  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of enablement initiatives and programs that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the GTM teams
  • Gather and analyze feedback from GTM teams to continuously improve enablement programs and resources
  • Measure the impact of enablement programs on performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize outcomes
  • Design and implement a holistic education program that improves field capabilities in sales readiness, product value, market knowledge, and process adherence
  • Facilitate training, certification programs, interactive learning paths, knowledge sharing sessions, and continuous feedback mechanisms
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, product, and cx teams to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and execution
  • Build and manage a team of enablement managers and specialists, guiding them in the execution of comprehensive enablement initiatives
  • Establish and maintain a central knowledge base of resources, best practices, and competitive intelligence
  • Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously with strong project management skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with certification programs and interactive learning paths
  • Experience with Partner Enablement across a Channel Model
  • Knowledge of competitive intelligence and best practices in GTM enablement
  • A background in technical demos and Q&As
  • Experience in managing global enablement programs
