Requirements

• 15+ years of experience leading multi-office and remote teams in creating strategic deliverables
• Proven ability to analyze multiple data sets to uncover patterns and themes that lead to powerful insights
• Experienced with all primary methods of research and analysis
• Strong organizational and people management skills
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Collaborative, curious, confident, and empathetic with a knack for building trusted relationships

Responsibilities

• Oversee the development and delivery of insights and strategy client deliverables, ensuring alignment with Liquid’s standards of quality and value
• Lead and optimize collaborative workflows across various departments, while actively managing and improving strategy practices
• Drive continuous improvement and fiscal responsibility with the strategy team
• Ensure best practices for insights and strategy frameworks, methodologies, and deliverables
• Develop and implement an annual strategy development plan to support Liquids business goals and objectives

Preferred Qualifications

Able to travel up to 20% as needed to support Liquid and its clients
