Requirements

  • Proven Marketing Leadership: 7-10 years of experience in high-growth B2B SaaS startups, with a successful track record in demand generation, brand awareness, and revenue growth
  • Marketing Strategist: Expertise in creating distinct marketing motions for SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise lead generation, combined with strong positioning strategies for industry-specific personas
  • Data-Driven and Analytical: A deep understanding of marketing analytics, with experience working with large data sets and measuring campaign performance across different customer segments, industries, and channels
  • Marketing Operations Expert: Ability to run agile sprints, prioritize tasks, and analyze the ROI of marketing campaigns
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Strong collaboration skills, working closely with sales, product, CX, and creative teams to ensure marketing aligns with company goals and product launches
  • Charismatic and Strategic People Leader: A thought leader with strong leadership skills, who can inspire and manage high-performance teams with high standards in hiring, performance management, and outcomes
  • Innovation and Technology Savvy: A forward-thinking approach, with a deep understanding of emerging marketing technologies (AI, automation) and their applications in driving growth and efficiency

Responsibilities

  • Lead Demand Generation: Optimize current marketing channels and develop new demand generation strategies tailored to distinct marketing motions
  • Target Market Identification: Identify new target markets for each product and develop detailed marketing plans that drive product adoption and revenue growth
  • Marketing Operations: Manage marketing operations to ensure organization, prioritization, and execution of campaigns using agile sprints
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Partner closely with sales, product, CX, and creative teams to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and business objectives
  • Evaluate Impact of Marketing Programs: Measure the effectiveness of marketing programs by analyzing their impact on key business metrics such as lead flow, customer acquisition cost (CAC), customer lifetime value (LTV), retention, and churn reduction
  • Drive New Account Acquisition: Develop strategies for acquiring new logos and driving programmatic growth within existing accounts
  • Brand Elevation and Positioning: Lead efforts to elevate EasyLlama's brand positioning as we become a multi-product company, ensuring clear alignment with target audiences and market segments
  • People Leadership: Be a charismatic, strategic thought leader who inspires and leads the marketing team, hiring and developing high-performance talent with a commitment to achieving outstanding results
