Summary

Join Gorilla Logic as their Director of Marketing and lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company goals. Oversee brand positioning, demand generation, content strategy, digital marketing, events, partner marketing, and lead generation initiatives. Build and manage a high-performing marketing team. Work closely with sales leadership to align marketing strategies with business development goals. Develop brand messaging and positioning to differentiate Gorilla Logic in the IT services market. Manage the marketing budget, analyze ROI, and report performance metrics. This hybrid/remote role involves a distributed team across the US and Latin America.

Requirements

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Masterโ€™s preferred)
  • 10+ years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role
  • Proven success in marketing leadership within IT services, technology, or SaaS industry
  • Strong understanding of B2B marketing, demand generation, and digital marketing best practices
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and AI tools used in marketing
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills
  • Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing performance metrics and making strategic decisions

Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead the execution of the overall marketing strategy to support business growth, customer acquisition, and retention
  • Build and manage a high-performing marketing team including digital marketing, content, events, and design
  • Create and oversee integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, and traditional channels
  • Work closely with sales leadership to align marketing strategies with business development goals and support lead generation
  • Develop brand messaging and positioning to differentiate Gorilla Logic in a competitive IT services market for both customers and prospective employees
  • Drive content marketing initiatives including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, videos, and webinars
  • Manage marketing budget, analyze ROI, and report performance metrics to executive leadership
  • Oversee SEO/SEM, PPC, website development, and optimization strategies
  • Collaborate with product and technical teams to ensure accurate representation of services and solutions
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and speaking engagements as needed
  • Lead partner marketing initiatives with key technology alliances
