  • Proven Leadership: Experience leading and managing marketing teams in resource-constrained environments
  • Previous relevant and solid experience in marketing seniro roles
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement high-impact marketing strategies
  • Data-Driven Decision-Making: Strong analytical skills and experience using data to optimize marketing efforts
  • B2B Marketing Expertise: Deep understanding of full-funnel B2B marketing and demand generation strategies
  • User Growth Expertise: Strong knowledge of user acquisition and retention strategies
  • Communication & Collaboration: Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Agility & Adaptability: Ability to execute quickly in a dynamic, evolving business landscape
  • Problem-Solving: Innovative thinker with a results-oriented mindset
  • Versatility: Ability to manage marketing initiatives across different levels of maturity and business cycles
  • Prior experience in leading and managing marketing teams

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the New Ventures’ OKRs, including defining and managing the marketing budget to maximize ROI
  • Create and manage marketing plans with both short-term and long-term objectives
  • Identify and unlock new growth opportunities for B2B and B2B2C strategies
  • Develop and execute a full-funnel marketing strategy, including lead generation and ABM initiatives
  • Lead event strategy to support business growth, market positioning and own the Go-to-Market strategy for new products, features and offerings within New Ventures
  • Own the Go-to-Market strategy for new products, features and offerings within New Ventures
  • Responsible for the user acquisition and retention strategies to enhance long-term value
  • Drive user growth through a multi-channel approach, ensuring scalable and efficient growth
  • Experiment and test with new scalable solutions to enhance marketing performance
  • Ensure strong and consistent brand identity, aligned with Wellhub’s overarching brand
  • Oversee the content marketing strategy to achieve Thought leadership results
  • Communicate marketing plans and strategies effectively to senior external and internal stakeholders
  • Define and track marketing OKRs aligned with overall business objectives and prepare and present regular performance reports to senior stakeholders
  • Analyze marketing performance data to identify areas for improvement
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes
  • Lead and mentor a cross-functional marketing team, fostering a data-driven and results-oriented culture
  • Balance resources and headcount based on strategic priorities and evolving business needs
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of initiatives
