Requirements
- 8+ yearsโ experience in marketing for B2B SaaS organizations
- Proven ability to mentor and build a world-class marketing team
- Strong understanding of the marketing and/or product tech categories, with previous experience serving as a subject matter expert
- Proven track record creating and implementing focused, integrated, high-impact product marketing plans from conception through implementation
- Excellent creative writing and verbal communication skills with a proven ability to craft compelling messaging and positioning โ and translating that into effective campaigns
- Skilled and proven track record in message development and execution: youโre a compelling storyteller with a strategic and analytical mindset who can engage and educate customers and prospects
- Network of deep media and agency relationships and demonstrated success in leveraging them uniquely in the marketplace
- Ability to effectively communicate to stakeholders at all levels of the organizationโfrom the end-user (technical buyer) to the decision-maker (economic buyer)โwith excellent written, oral, and presentation skills
Responsibilities
- Craft and tell our story to the world
- Build the strategy and execution plan for product positioning, messaging, and launches
- Develop OnRampโs marketing strategy and communication plans geared towards driving category leadership, brand awareness, and strengthening the company's market position
- Support revenue growth by delivering measurable pipeline and accelerating deal velocity and win rates
- Lead a team of high-performing, motivated marketing professionals
- Deliver pricing and packaging across customer segments, manage ongoing input and feedback to evolve with changes in competitive landscape and product
- Provide the collateral and enablement for the sales organization to allow them to successfully navigate and secure new customers, as well as set existing customers up for success
- Drive our event / field strategy โ develop qualified leads; including ABM and email campaigns, engagement and nurturing, advertising, webinars, content, trade shows, social media and more
- Drive AR, PR, and social presence to gain mindshare and tell the OnRamp story through analysts, media coverage, speaking engagements and online communities
- Develop a highly efficient team of marketing professionals with clear accountabilities and metrics
