Requirements
- 10+ years of marketing experience, particularly in B2B environments
- Proven experience leading and mentoring teams and cross-functional stakeholders
- Experience managing budgets and driving meaningful returns
- Analytical and data-driven mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to adapt to changing business needs and market conditions
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience with self-serve analytics tools like Tableau
- Experience with CRMs like Salesforce or HubSpot
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement integrated, full funnel campaign strategies that prioritize pipeline creation in North America
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators focused on pipeline impact, analyzing campaign data to refine and optimize for maximum engagement and ROI
- Partner closely with Sales, Demand Marketers, Account Management, and Product Marketing to ensure campaigns align with go-to-market priorities and audience messaging
- Work alongside our field marketing team to develop tailored campaigns that drive demand within key accounts and deepen engagement with prospects in the pipeline
- Manage the campaign marketing budget with a focus on efficient resource allocation, prioritizing initiatives that drive the greatest pipeline impact
- Provide regular updates to leadership and cross-functional teams on campaign performance and actionable insights
- Collaborate with Vantaβs regional marketers to ensure they have the resources needed to effectively localize and effectively execute global campaigns
- Lead a small team of campaign marketers, providing mentorship, guidance, and strategic direction
