Requirements
- 10+ years of marketing experience, particularly in B2B environments
- Proven experience leading and mentoring teams and cross-functional stakeholders
- Experience managing large budgets to drive meaningful returns
- Analytical and data-driven mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to adapt to changing business needs and market conditions
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience with self-serve analytics tools like Tableau
- Experience with CRMs like Salesforce or HubSpot
- Ability to travel routinely within North America
Responsibilities
- Lead and implement a comprehensive pre and post sales pipeline strategy tailored to the North American market, ensuring alignment with overall business goals
- Create and oversee the execution of targeted marketing campaigns across channels and market segments
- Lead and grow a high-performing team, providing mentorship, guidance, and support to ensure the team meets its objectives
- Work closely with cross functional counterparts and stakeholders, such as paid media, events, email marketing, sales, account management and ops, to ensure an integrated and effective approach
- Establish key performance indicators, track and analyze campaign performance, and adjust strategies based on data-driven insights to maximize ROI
- Manage the marketing budget for the North American region, ensuring optimal allocation of resources across various initiatives
- Engage with key stakeholders, including partners and industry leaders, to build relationships and foster collaborations
