  • Experience with self-serve analytics tools like Tableau
  • Experience with CRMs like Salesforce or HubSpot
  • Ability to travel routinely within North America

Responsibilities

  • Lead and implement a comprehensive pre and post sales pipeline strategy tailored to the North American market, ensuring alignment with overall business goals
  • Create and oversee the execution of targeted marketing campaigns across channels and market segments
  • Lead and grow a high-performing team, providing mentorship, guidance, and support to ensure the team meets its objectives
  • Work closely with cross functional counterparts and stakeholders to ensure an integrated and effective approach
  • Establish key performance indicators, track and analyze campaign performance, and adjust strategies based on data-driven insights to maximize ROI
  • Manage the marketing budget for the North American region, ensuring optimal allocation of resources across various initiatives
  • Engage with key stakeholders, including partners and industry leaders, to build relationships and foster collaborations
