Join Effective School Solutions, a rapidly growing company transforming mental health services in schools, as our Director of Operations and Strategy. You will play a key role in supporting our Regional Vice Presidents and Regional Clinical Directors by managing various operational tasks and projects to maintain and expand our client base. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you will contribute to account development across regions, ensuring operational consistency, compliance, and effective communication. Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree required
- At least 2 years of hands-on operations or strategy experience in management consulting or fast-paced environments, with a demonstrated track record of orchestrating complex projects and mobilizing a range of stakeholders
- Advanced computer skills, including distinctive proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain high-quality internal and external documentation (e.g., client presentations, project plans, regional updates, service descriptions)
- Standardize processes and resources across regions, including onboarding workflows, documentation protocols, and operational toolkits
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Clinical, Sales, Data, People) to ensure aligned implementation of best practices across all accounts
- Monitor and analyze program performance metrics via dashboards and reporting tools to identify gaps and drive timely solutions
- Serve as an escalation point for regional operational issues and drive resolution in collaboration with relevant stakeholders
- Lead strategic initiatives to identify business challenges, prioritize solutions, and operationalize them
- Develop and maintain account management plans for key districts and collaborate with on-the-ground team to ensure progress
- Conduct periodic reviews of product portfolio and recommend modifications / sunsetting, as needed
- Lead strategic projects that identify operational pain points, develop improvement plans, and implement scalable solutions
- Collaborate with RVPs and RCDs to develop account management plans for key districts, setting goals, milestones, and success metrics
- Support the development and rollout of new service lines, pilots, or product enhancements in coordination with regional teams
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA preferred but not required, particularly for applicants with experience in management consulting or those with
- Salesforce experience is preferred but not required
- Mental health or K-12 experience is preferred but not required
