Join our client, a company seeking a Director of Product to lead their product strategy and execution. This role involves understanding market needs, translating them into effective product solutions, and collaborating with various departments to drive product success. As a key member of the leadership team, you will be responsible for defining and executing the product vision, leading the product management team, conducting market research, developing metrics, engaging with customers, fostering innovation, and mentoring team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred
• 6+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
• Strong understanding of product development processes and methodologies
• Proven track record of delivering successful products to market
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
• Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform product decisions
• Experience in managing and mentoring teams effectively
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product vision and strategy in alignment with business goals
• Lead the product management team in the full product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and beyond
• Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and sales teams to ensure successful product execution and alignment
• Conduct competitive analysis and market research to continually refine product offerings
• Develop and implement metrics to assess product performance and drive improvements
• Engage with customers and stakeholders to gather feedback and insights for product development
• Foster a culture of innovation and accountability within the product team
• Mentor and develop team members, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills
