Summary

Join Level Access, a leading SaaS accessibility company, as their Director of Product. Lead a portfolio of products, mentor product managers, and collaborate with various teams to ensure product success. Execute product strategy from discovery to launch, build strong cross-functional relationships, and manage risks and dependencies. Lead the product roadmap, prioritize tasks, and collaborate with product operations for go-to-market activities. Requirements

  • Strong background, shown experience, in product management and working in leading product teams
  • Bachelor's degree and/or experience in Computer Science, Engineering, etc
  • Shown leadership abilities, including hiring, mentoring and team management
  • Ability to lead under pressure and function effectively in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple products simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to build relationships with partners and customers
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an evidence-driven approach to decision-making
  • Shown experience leading complicated, technical products

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of product managers to drive the growth and success of a product portfolio
  • Execute the product strategy from discovery to launch by working with a cross-functional team made up of Product Operations, Product designers, researchers, developers and other team members
  • Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams, set the right expectations and manage risks, dependencies, and trade-offs
  • Work with product leadership to align processes from early exploration to market launch to achieve product success
  • Lead a portfolio product roadmap and relentlessly prioritize and manage expectations
  • Collaborate with product operations to align go-to-market activities with product marketing and enablement teams to ensure products and features are strongly positioned, launched and supported
