Requirements

  • 8+ years of product management experience, with a proven track record of launching 0-to-1 products and driving business outcomes
  • Strong B2B SaaS background, with experience working directly with enterprise customers
  • Hands-on approach, with the ability to dive into details, from defining features to demoing products and supporting sales
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with a knack for simplifying complex problems and focusing on customer impact
  • Technical aptitude, with the ability to work closely with technical teams and understand how to deliver high-quality solutions
  • Strong ownership mentality, with a willingness to go above and beyond to deliver exceptional results
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to present ideas clearly to customers and internal teams
  • Strong business acumen

Responsibilities

  • Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution of a new product line, balancing speed of delivery with long-term value
  • Collaborate with teams across firmware, hardware engineering, hardware product design, software engineering, product design, sales, and marketing to deliver seamless solutions
  • Collect and synthesize customer feedback to prioritize features and continuously improve the product
  • Iterate quickly and creatively to solve customer problems with simplicity and impact
  • Act as a product owner, ensuring every detail of the user experience meets high standards
  • Drive adoption and revenue by working closely with Sales to close deals, demo products to Enterprise customers, and define pricing strategies
  • Define clear success metrics, track progress, and make data-driven decisions to improve outcomes

Preferred Qualifications

  • Technical background, such as a degree in engineering, computer science, or related fields
  • Experience with hardware and software product development, particularly in safety-focused domains
  • Knowledge of industries such as transportation, logistics, or industrial operations
  • Proven ability to manage pricing, revenue accountability, and go-to-market strategy for new products
  • Entrepreneurial experience or background in high-growth environments
