Summary

Requirements

  • 8+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
  • Proven ability to lead high-performing product teams in a remote-first environment
  • Strong background in SaaS, education technology, accreditation, or compliance-based products
  • Hands-on experience with: API integrations and developer experience optimization
  • Hands-on experience with: Basic SQL and data analysis for product insights
  • Hands-on experience with: Cloud infrastructure (GCP, Kubernetes, Redis) and AI-driven automation
  • Hands-on experience with: Product analytics tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude, Looker)
  • Ability to translate business needs into scalable, technically feasible solutions

Responsibilities

  • Own and evolve the product vision, ensuring alignment with business goals and market needs
  • Define and prioritize the roadmap, balancing strategic initiatives, customer needs, and technical feasibility
  • Lead product discovery, market research, and competitive analysis to drive innovation
  • Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, ensuring timely, high-quality releases
  • Work closely with remote engineering teams (primarily in Ukraine) to ensure smooth execution and collaboration
  • Establish KPIs to track product performance, ensuring data-driven decision-making
  • Lead Agile best practices, backlog management, and sprint planning across teams
  • Define strategy for public APIs and integrations, ensuring usability and alignment with Woolf’s accreditation management system
  • Partner with engineering to optimize API developer experience (DX), security, and scalability
  • Oversee API documentation, versioning, and third-party integration processes
  • Champion a customer-first approach to product design and usability
  • Ensure consistency in UX/UI patterns, accessibility, and overall product experience
  • Implement feedback loops and usability testing to drive continuous improvements
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with executive leadership, engineering, design, and business teams
  • Align product initiatives with compliance, regulatory requirements, and accreditation standards
  • Ensure transparent communication of product updates, release cycles, and changes to stakeholders
