Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in product/marketing growth roles
  • Proven track record of driving user acquisition, retention, and monetization at scale
  • Experience managing and optimizing performance marketing campaigns
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and ability to utilize data to drive decision-making
  • Experience with statistical testing and experimentation, including proficiency in various testing methods and a solid understanding of the underlying mathematical concepts
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools, such as Google Analytics and product analytics tools, such as Amplitude or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to concisely communicate complex visions and report on growth performance to management
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field
  • Bilingual (English, French)

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, retention, and monetization growth, emphasizing the critical role of iterative development and rapid testing cycles
  • Foster a culture of collaboration within and across teams to enhance the iterative process, ensuring that marketing, product, sales, and customer success teams work seamlessly to refine and optimize growth strategies
  • Oversee and optimize paid acquisition channels, such as social media advertising and SEM
  • Optimize marketing funnels and user conversion rates through A/B testing and experimentation
  • Manage lifecycle marketing to effectively engage customers at every stage of their journey and continuously deliver value
  • Supervise the design and implementation of product experiments to enhance product-led growth
  • Utilize marketing analytics tools to track and report on performance metrics, ensuring learnings and insights are shared and understood across teams to enhance collaborative efforts
  • Analyze marketing data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in growth marketing
