Join the Lattice Product team as a Senior/ Director of Product Management for Talent Suite, leading a team of product managers and working closely with engineering, design, data, sales, marketing, and customer experience to build world-class products.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience with a track record of scaling complex software products across various stages of maturity
• 5+ years of people management experience
• Ability to combine business acumen, technical expertise, and customer understanding to build a durable product and business
• Inclusive approach to leadership with a track record of building and leading diverse teams

Responsibilities

• Hire, coach, and grow a team of high-performing product managers
• Define and articulate an overarching product vision and strategy to guide and inspire your teams
• Set and achieve ambitious goals for business impact and customer outcomes
• Create value for customers by deeply understanding their needs
• Partner with various functions across the whole company to bring products to life – engineering, design, data, sales, marketing, customer experience, and more
