Senior Director Product Management

Summary

Join Honor as a Sr Product leader on the Growth Tech team and drive business growth through product strategy, development, and lifecycle management. Define market opportunity, build growth plans, and provide input to marketing, training initiatives, and product launches.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate new business opportunities and required product to prioritize development
• Drive Business Case evaluation for new and existing products including modeling the opportunities at the network then down to the franchise segment levels across geographies in a 18 mos view
• Identify product & operations pathways that reduce complexity, leverage LLM/AI, and are informed by hypotheses testing and pilots to launch businesses and product lines with near term business impacts
• Evaluate and conduct business development pilots to drive device applications for care quality including sensor device data gathering, collaboration on device applications research
