Summary

Join us as Director of Product Management for our Discovery and Booking domain at Turo, where you'll create an intuitive search and booking experience for guests through data-driven insights and innovative product solutions.

Requirements

• Experience leading search and conversion-focused product development organizations, preferably within the travel or e-commerce industries
• At least 3 years of experience leading other product managers, with a track record of attracting and nurturing talent, fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture, and driving quantifiable business impact
• At least 8 years as a PM working with product development teams to prioritize, build, and ship world-class consumer product experiences
• A collaborative, low-ego approach to working with others, valuing teamwork and collective problem-solving
• Outstanding judgment, product sense, and analytical rigor

Responsibilities

• Create an intuitive, efficient, and personalized search and booking experience for Turo guests
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to drive end-to-end guest conversion and distribution partnership strategies
